Terina M. Williams is a Partner at Southworth PC. Ms. Williams has successfully represented employees and former employees in all areas of employment law, including but not limited to, racial harassment and discrimination, sexual harassment and discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. She has helped over a hundred federal employees prosecute claims before the Merit Systems Protection Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Office of Special Counsel, and Civilian Board of Contract Appeals. She has favorably settled claims and obtained hearing victories in each as well. She enjoys helping our clients stand up for themselves and reach favorable results depending on the case-including obtaining reasonable accommodations, equitable relief, saving federal careers, and five-figure and six-figure settlements. She also appreciates the opportunity to work closely with clients to reduce their stress load by sharing her experience and helping provide guidance through what can be a difficult process to navigate without legal experience. Ms. Williams has handled many types of employment cases ranging from straight forward reasonable accommodation cases to complex civil litigation involving employee contract litigation and over five separate lawsuits with various claims, counterclaims, and cross claims.

Ms. Williams is an alumnus of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she received the highest grade in multiple courses and received the "Best Brief" award in Moot Court. Upon completing her law degree, Ms. Williams obtained her LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University, School of Law where she graduated with honors. Ms. Williams received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine.
