As Paralegal Manager at Southworth PC, Abby Conine plays a vital role in managing both the firm’s paralegal responsibilities and the operational side of client services. She assigns tasks, ensures compliance with firm protocols, oversees client communications, and supports attorneys with critical projects to help the firm’s clients achieve successful outcomes. Abby works directly with clients throughout their cases, making sure they feel heard, informed, and empowered.
Ms. Conine brings over six years of civil litigation experience outside of federal employment law. This diverse background enables her to navigate the complex issues federal employees face with precision and skill. Since entering the federal employment law space, she has worked diligently to build strong knowledge of the relevant laws and processes, ensuring clients receive knowledgeable and reliable support. Abby’s commitment to continuous improvement and her talent for adapting to challenges contribute meaningfully to the success of the Southworth PC team.
Abby earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southern University. Her academic foundation enhances her empathetic, solutions-based approach with clients. Abby’s work philosophy is rooted in a genuine desire to help others. She is dedicated to identifying problems, implementing effective strategies, and providing efficient, mindful support tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Outside of her professional life, Abby enjoys reading and playing Dungeons & Dragons, hobbies that mirror her love for storytelling, strategy, and creativity.
