Joe Miraglia oversees the firm’s day-to-day business functions and partners closely with leadership on strategic growth, operational scalability, and financial stewardship. With over 25 years of experience in operations, leadership, and data-driven execution, Joe plays a central role in driving efficiency, accountability, and sustainable success across the firm.
In his role, Joe manages the firm’s operational infrastructure, including finance, human resources, technology, compliance, and process optimization. He is responsible for overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets, monitoring revenue and cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Joe works closely with legal technology platforms and analytics tools to streamline workflows, enhance forecasting, and support informed decision-making throughout the organization.
Joe brings a strategic yet practical approach to operational leadership. He has a proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing scalable systems that support both growth and client service excellence.
