With four years of civil litigation experience, Shay is adept at organizing records and exhibits, preparing and formatting filings and correspondence, tracking deadlines across agencies and courts, and ensuring compliance with firm protocols. She works directly with clients throughout their cases, maintaining clear communication and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
Shay’s background in civil litigation fostered disciplined case management, high-volume document control, and a thorough understanding of legal procedures. Previous experience in sales and customer service has enhanced her client-care skills. She listens attentively, clearly communicates the next steps, and consistently follows through on commitments. Since transitioning to federal employment law, Shay has steadily deepened her expertise in MSPB, EEO, OSC, and related processes, providing reliable, detail-oriented support to attorneys and clients.
