Southworth PC federal employee attorneys Shaun Southworth and recently settled a case before the Merit Systems Protection Board.

“We are pleased we were able to resolve a case where our client we believe faced false allegations and consequently was subjected to adverse actions we appealed to the Merit Systems Protection Board. Our client and the Agency both agreed to use the Mediation Appeals Program of the Merit Systems Protection Board to see if we could resolve the matter. We were able to do so. The MSPB’s MAP is one of the best mediation programs I know because the mediator is often a judge that could have been assigned the case and can help the parties see how a judge might be viewing the case which can help facilitate resolution,” said Managing Partner Shaun Southworth.

MSPB law is complex so if you think you are facing a wrongful action before the MSPB, please contact our MSPB attorneys today if you are interested in a free consultation to see if we can help you.
