Southworth PC Saves Another Federal Career

On Behalf of Southworth PC | Mar 22, 2021 | Firm News, Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) Appeals, Removal from Federal Service |

Southworth PC Federal Employment Attorneys Ianna Richardson recently settled a case on behalf of our client, a former federal employee. The settlement involves the reinstatement of our client, a raise for our client, and the payment of our client’s attorneys fees.

“Getting terminated from federal service is a difficult experience, and the appeal process before the MSPB is complicated. But we are here to help. We will not hesitate to point out the Agency’s mistakes and will do everything we can to defend a federal career,” says attorney Ianna Richardson.

If you are a federal employee facing career termination and you think that termination might be wrongful, please feel free to reach out to our Merit Systems Protection Board attorneys to see if we think we can help you. We would be happy to speak with you.
