Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle cases from intake through pre-litigation to litigation, including trying cases.
  • Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in various settings.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop trial strategies and ensure clients are well-informed on case progress.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to any State Bar.
  • At least three years of experience in employment law and trial practice.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
