Employee Rights Attorney

Core Responsibilities:
- Handle cases from intake through pre-litigation to litigation, including trying cases.
- Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in various settings.
- Collaborate with team members to develop trial strategies and ensure clients are well-informed on case progress.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to any State Bar.
- At least three years of experience in employment law and trial practice.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
