Experienced Employee Rights Paralegal
We are looking for a paralegal with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service. The right candidate will enjoy multitasking in a high-pressure environment and working independently as well as part of a team.
Daily Job Duties:
- Manage client communication and case documentation.
- Assist attorneys with drafting, filing, and court preparations.
- Maintain and update client records and attorney schedules.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and agencies.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a paralegal.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in client relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in legal research and case management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
