Intake Specialist

We are seeking a motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills to join our intake team. This position focuses on presenting information about our practice to potential clients and encouraging them to hire our firm.

Daily Job Duties:

  • Manage a high volume of calls and client communications.
  • Coordinate meetings between attorneys and potential clients.
  • Draft engagement letters and maintain intake statistics.
  • Follow up on potential client inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
  • Update and streamline the intake process to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Sales background and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly personality with excellent client service skills.
  • Proficient in computer and communication tools.
  • Experience in legal or customer service roles is a plus.
